The incumbent holding this role is responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and coordinating the supply of materials, finishes, FF&E, and services across ongoing projects. The ideal candidate combines commercial awareness with technical knowledge of construction and interior materials.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
• Source and evaluate suppliers for construction materials, finishes, FF&E and MEP items in line with project budgets and timelines.
• Obtain and compare quotations, negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
• Prepare and issue purchase orders, procurement schedules, and supplier agreements.
• Coordinate with the design, construction, and site teams to confirm technical specifications and delivery requirements.
• Track and manage deliveries to sites; follow up on delays, quality issues, and replacements.
• Maintain and update the procurement database and cost tracker to ensure transparency and control.
• Support the tendering process for subcontractors and major supply packages.
• Identify opportunities for cost reduction and value engineering without compromising quality.
• Liaise with logistics partners for imports and customs clearance when required.
Specific Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in procurement, ideally within construction or development projects.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of building materials and finishes procurement is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and procurement management systems.
• Excellent communication skills in Greek and English.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple project priorities simultaneously.
