The incumbent holding this role is accountable for proactively managing an assigned project or components of a project taking responsibility for stakeholder management, resource allocation, quality assurance, financial monitoring and client feedback. The Project Manager also closely monitors the project’s progress, hands over the project and assists with any settlements arising from any claims.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
• Ensures the project’s smooth operations at all times
• Ensures the effective management and development of people
• Responsible for the overall planning and organization of the assigned project
• Delegates responsibilities and authorities to the Project Engineers
• Responsible for the overall planning of the works and involved in the preparation of construction method statements during pre-contract and post-contract stages, as well as the quality assurance manual
• Oversees the selection and requisition of materials in coordination with the Procurement and Estimating units
• Supports with the preparation of subcontractors’ agreements and settles their final accounts
• Prepares and submits project related outgoing correspondence to clients/project consultants/engineers and other relevant third parties
• Responsible for overall project supervision according to the company’s quality controls
• Maintains project schedule by monitoring project progress; coordinating activities; resolving problems
• Receives and reviews all payment certificates and submits final payments
• Monitors project collections from clients/project consultants/engineers and other relevant third parties
• Prepares, reviews and submits relevant financial and progress reports
• Reviews and agrees, when required, the Quality, Health, Safety, Security and the Environment (QHSSE) Management Plan and receives information from each Project Engineer for the preparation of the QHSSE Management Plan

Το άτομο που θα κατέχει αυτό τον ρόλο θα έχει γενική ευθύνη του συντονισμού των δραστηριοτήτων του εργοταξίου υπό την καθοδήγηση του Πολιτικού Μηχανικού του έργου. Προηγούμενη εμπειρία σε μεγάλα οικοδομικά έργα είναι απαραίτητη τουλάχιστον 5 ετών.
Καθήκοντα και Αρμοδιότητες
• Συντονίζει την ομαλή πρόοδο των έργων σύμφωνα με το πρόγραμμα
• Έχει την ευθύνη συλλογής και αποθήκευσης υλικών για τη διαχείριση αποβλήτων
• Συμπληρώνει καθημερινά τις κάρτες εργασίας υπαλλήλων του εργοταξίου
• Ικανότητα να μελετά και να κατανοεί αρχιτεκτονικά και στατικά σχέδια
• Αναγνώριση των δομικών υλικών και κατανόηση των ιδιοτήτων τους
• Εποπτεία και οργάνωση εργασιών προς εκτέλεση
• Να οργανώνει και να εκτελεί εργασίες και οδηγίες από Πολιτικούς Μηχανικούς και Αρχιτέκτονες
• Διαχείριση και διασφάλιση της ασφάλειας και υγείας και ποιότητας των εργασιών και εργαζομένων
• Προγραμματισμός, παραλαβή και έλεγχος παραγγελιών υλικών
• Λεπτομερή ετοιμασία ημερολογίου του έργου και υποβολή του στον διευθυντή
• Συντονισμό και καθοδήγηση υπεργολάβων
• Να γνωρίζει να τοποθετεί υψόμετρα με χρήση level
• Να εντοπίζει και να επιλύει προβλήματα σε συνεργασία με όλους τους εμπλεκομένους
• Γενικά οποιαδήποτε άλλα καθήκοντα του/της ανατεθούν
Προσόντα / Απαιτούμενη εμπειρία
• Απόφοιτοι Λυκείου ή Τεχνικής Σχολής ή άλλων συναφών σχολών
• Απαραίτητη προηγούμενη πείρα σε παρόμοια θέση σε οικοδομική εταιρεία
• Ελάχιστη εμπειρία 5 ετών σε κατασκευές/οικοδομές ως επιστάτης/τρια
• Να έχει διοικητικές ικανότητες και να διαχειρίζεται υπεύθυνα και αποδοτικά το προσωπικό της ευθύνης του
• Να γνωρίζει τους κώδικες καλής πρακτικής εκτέλεσης όλων των κατασκευαστικών εργασιών και να διατηρεί καλές σχέσεις με πελάτες και συνεργάτες
• Δυναμικός και εργατικός χαρακτήρας
• Γνώση της Αγγλικής ή/και Ρωσικής γλώσσας θα θεωρηθεί επιπρόσθετο προσόν

The incumbent holding this role is responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and coordinating the supply of materials, finishes, FF&E, and services across ongoing projects. The ideal candidate combines commercial awareness with technical knowledge of construction and interior materials.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
• Source and evaluate suppliers for construction materials, finishes, FF&E and MEP items in line with project budgets and timelines.
• Obtain and compare quotations, negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
• Prepare and issue purchase orders, procurement schedules, and supplier agreements.
• Coordinate with the design, construction, and site teams to confirm technical specifications and delivery requirements.
• Track and manage deliveries to sites; follow up on delays, quality issues, and replacements.
• Maintain and update the procurement database and cost tracker to ensure transparency and control.
• Support the tendering process for subcontractors and major supply packages.
• Identify opportunities for cost reduction and value engineering without compromising quality.
• Liaise with logistics partners for imports and customs clearance when required.

Specific Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in procurement, ideally within construction or development projects.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of building materials and finishes procurement is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and procurement management systems.
• Excellent communication skills in Greek and English.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple project priorities simultaneously.
