Project Manager
The Project Manager is responsible for the overall coordination, supervision, and management of assigned construction projects. The role ensures the smooth execution of projects according to timelines, budgets, and technical specifications, while working closely with suppliers, contractors, consultants, and project teams to achieve successful delivery, high quality standards, and project profitability.
  • Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
  • 5–8 years of experience in construction project management
  • Strong knowledge of construction site procedures, technical specifications, and regulations
  • Ability to manage project budgets, schedules, and resources
  • Knowledge of Project Management tools; BIM knowledge will be considered an advantage
  • Excellent command of Greek and good knowledge of English
  • Strong leadership, teamwork, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Project Engineer
The Project Engineer supports the Project Manager and Construction Manager in technical planning, coordination, and supervision of construction works. The role involves participation in project documentation preparation, review of technical materials, planning, and daily resolution of technical issues, ensuring the project is delivered according to specifications, timelines, and budget.
  • Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
  • 2–5 years of experience in construction or engineering companies
  • Knowledge of construction standards, technical specifications, and site procedures
  • Proficiency in design software; BIM knowledge will be considered an advantage
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and documentation
  • Good command of Greek and English languages
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and teamwork skills
Foreman
The Foreman is responsible for the daily supervision and coordination of construction crews on site. The role ensures that all works are carried out safely, efficiently, and in accordance with quality standards, technical specifications, and project timelines, while closely collaborating with the Construction Manager and Project Manager.
  • Technical school diploma or relevant professional training
  • Minimum 5 years of experience on construction sites with proven team supervision skills
  • Good knowledge of construction works, drawings, and technical specifications
  • Understanding of Health & Safety regulations (HSE)
  • Strong organizational, coordination, and team management skills
  • Good command of Greek; basic knowledge of English will be considered an advantage
  • Problem-solving mindset and ability to take initiative
